Cassiano Silva

Cassiano Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. Currently serving as Managing Consultant at PharmEng Technology since July 2022, Cassiano previously held the position of Gerente Industrial at Maxinutri Laboratório Nutracêutico, overseeing all aspects of industrial quality and maintenance. With a long tenure at Sandoz do Brasil from 2001 to 2021, Cassiano progressed through several roles, including Site Facilitator & OpEx Leader, where responsibilities encompassed project management for productivity improvements and implementing performance metrics. Cassiano's background also includes expertise in production coordination, pharmaceutical technology, and quality assurance, supported by a solid educational foundation in Lean Manufacturing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and a degree from Universidade Estadual de Maringá.
