Ts. Izwan Firdaus Mohd Sapari

Ts. Izwan Firdaus Mohd Sapari began their work experience in 2011 as an Engineer at Plastrade Group of Company. Ts. Izwan Firdaus then transitioned to PharmEng Technology Asia, where they held various roles. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Validation Engineer, conducting projects related to quality improvement plans and qualification of modification saline formulation room. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Validation Engineer, leading projects on the qualification of new product introduction transfer and plant-wide data warehouse and continuous monitoring. Finally, starting in 2018, they served as a Principal Engineer, where their responsibilities included managing projects such as site validation master plan, greenfield projects for an OSD plant, and qualification of new product introduction projects. Ts. Izwan Firdaus provided strategic direction, managed project timelines and activities, ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborated with global and local teams.

Ts. Izwan Firdaus Mohd Sapari holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Open University Malaysia, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, from the years 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ts. Izwan Firdaus Mohd Sapari has obtained several certifications. These include "Unconscious Bias," "Become a Leader," "Agile Project Leadership," "Become a Healthcare Project Manager," "Become a Project Manager," "Develop Your Project Management Skills," "Project Management Foundations," and "Project Management Foundations: Quality," which they acquired from LinkedIn in July 2021. Furthermore, they hold the certification of "Professional Technologist (Manufacturing & Industrial Technology)" from the Malaysia Board of Technologists, which was obtained in October 2019.
