Dani Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting from 1988, they worked at NatWest as an HR Advisor, handling compensation & benefits, manpower planning, and performance management. Dani then transitioned into the role of a Banking Officer before leaving in 2000. Dani later joined Little Heath Primary School in 2007 as a Teaching Assistant. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at St Giles C of E Primary School, where they handled school finance, banking, and general admin tasks. In 2015, Dani joined Howe Dell School as an Administrative Assistant and remained until 2019. Dani then progressed to become the Office Manager/HR Representative at PHARMExcel from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Dani is the Head of HR & Well-Being at PHARMExcel, responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and selection, and ensuring an enriching workplace for all staff.

Dani Harrison completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Development from Middlesex University in the years 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, Dani also obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Barnet College from 1995 to 1996.
