Heliana Braga

Heliana Braga has been with Portugal Telecom since 2005, holding various roles such as leading a Finance Control Team, coordinating a PMO team, and managing 4 teams in the Customer and Infrastructure Operations Department. Additionally, Heliana has experience as a Website Project Manager and started their career as a Trainee, where Heliana was involved in processes modeling, design, and launching projects. Heliana also briefly worked as an Insurance Agent's Apprentice at AXA in 2005. Heliana completed their education at Universidade do Minho from 2000 to 2005.
