Previously, James held positions such as Director of Educational Technology at Abilene Christian University and also co-founded an Internet service provider. With a Ph.D. in Information Science and a background in teaching English as a Second Language, James has been instrumental in implementing academic-related technologies and promoting emerging technologies in various educational settings.
