Donella Pogue started their career as a Receptionist/Customer Service representative at Mendon Village Animal Hospital in 1990 and remained in that role until 1998. Donella then joined Stone Construction Equipment as an Inside Sales Representative, where they supervised the call center and demonstrated strong team leadership and coaching skills. Donella worked at Stone Construction Equipment from 1998 to 2010.
Following their time at Stone Construction Equipment, Donella worked as a Business Development Inside Sales Manager at Tri-Mar Consulting, contracting to L-Tron Corp for a brief period in 2011. Donella then moved on to EagleView Technologies, Inc., where they served as a Sales Manager for the Northeast territory from 2010 to 2017.

After leaving ADP, Donella served as an Account Executive at HOVER Inc., specializing in creating interactive 3D models of properties for home improvement projects. Donella then worked as a Sales Associate in Human Capital Management at Asure Software from September 2021 to January 2022.
Currently, Donella is a Customer Success Manager at Pharos Systems International. Donella is responsible for engaging with Fortune 500 companies to provide strategic print management solutions and ensure their satisfaction with Pharos' software and services.
Donella Pogue attended Finger Lakes Community College from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Sales. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree. In 1993, Donella completed the Dale Carnegie Course in Effective Communications & Human Relations, earning a Certificate in Public Speaking. Donella furthered their education by completing the Solution Selling program, obtaining a Certificate in Principles of Sales Execution, Targeted Territory Selling, and Executive Level Selling. Their enrollment dates for Solution Selling are unspecified, but they completed the program by 2016.
