Juan Grajales

Juan Grajales has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Juan started their career in 2012 as an English Agent at Sutherland Global Services, providing customer assistance in billing information for US customers. Subsequently, Juan worked as an ALTUM AEROSPACE employee, where they received, analyzed, and controlled quotes and budgets for purchases. Later, they joined SYKES as a Service Support Engineer, where they gained knowledge and implemented various topics concerning telecommunications networks, such as subnetting, NAT, and ACLs, as well as routing protocols like EIGRP, RIP, OSPF, IGRP, and BGP.

In 2022, Juan joined SALVATECH as an Especialista en TI, showcasing strong knowledge of Linux, Shell scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL scripting for analyzing and resolving customer issues. Juan also had experience developing and maintaining databases and technical documentation. Furthermore, Juan worked at Cyzerg as a Network and Voice IP Engineer, where they demonstrated expertise in firewalls, routing, security, switching, LAN/WAN design, VPN, and voice networks, including Issabel PBX systems, VoIP protocols, and call routing.
