Matt Bryant

Matt Bryant has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Financial Officer at Pharos Systems International since April 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of Finance at Advarra from July 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CFO and Director of Administration at Bio-Optronics from May 2018 to July 2021. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Rochester Institute of Technology - Saunders College of Business in 2018 and at SUNY Geneseo in 2015. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Vice President of Finance and Controller at PharmaSmart International, Inc., Controller at Flower City Printing, Inc., Supervisor at Eldredge, Fox & Porretti, LLP, and Accountant at Crystal Construction Corp.

Matt Bryant has a solid educational background in the field of accounting. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Canisius College, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting at Canisius College, completing their studies in 2000.

In addition to their academic achievements, Matt has obtained professional certifications to enhance their expertise. Matt became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in January 2004, certified by the New York State Education Department. Furthermore, they received the 2021 Financial Leader Award for CFO and Vice President Finance from the Rochester Business Journal in July 2021, showcasing their ongoing commitment to professional growth and recognition in their field.
