Shai-Ann Gayle

Shai-Ann Gayle has a diverse work experience in the tech industry.

Shai-Ann started their career at ConnectWise as a Jr. Software Support Consultant, where they served as the first point of contact for user issues with company products. Shai-Ann identified process gaps and implemented updates for efficiency improvements.

Shai-Ann then moved on to the role of Technical Knowledge Specialist at ConnectWise, where they engaged in systems analysis and provided solutions based on diagnosis. Shai-Ann also analyzed, tested, and modified end user computer systems.

Later, they worked as a Premium Technical Support Analyst at ConnectWise, providing higher level support to premium partners. Shai-Ann engaged in community tech spaces to address questions and concerns. Shai-Ann also troubleshooted technical issues and created workaround procedures.

Currently, Shai-Ann is employed at Pharos as a Product Owner.

Shai-Ann Gayle attended Harmony High School from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a High School Diploma. Shai-Ann then pursued their higher education at Valencia College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies.
