Ronald Kloos

Ronald Kloos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Most recently, they worked as the Senior Director of Test Engineering at Pharrowtech starting in February 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director and Owner of Inno4Test BV since May 2014. From November 2017 to February 2021, they held the position of VP of Productisation and Supply at AnSem.

During their career, Ronald also worked at Sequans Communications as the Test Development and NPI Manager from March 2016 to November 2017. Ronald briefly served as the Technology and Business Development Manager and CTO at Salland Engineering in 2014.

From 2011 to 2014, Ronald held various roles at Dialog Semiconductor including Engineering Director of Advanced Manufacturing, Director of Global Manufacturing, and Manager of Product and Test Engineering. Ronald was responsible for driving innovation, cost reduction, and defining assembly and test strategies.

Prior to that, Ronald worked at SiTel Semiconductor as the Product and Test Engineering Manager from 2005 to 2011. Ronald also gained experience at National Semiconductor as the Test Engineering Manager and Test Engineer, where they led product and test engineering groups and supported various projects related to wafer fab, assembly, and test.

Ronald's earliest work experience can be traced back to their role as an Engineer in Radiographic Imaging at University Nijmegen from 1991 to 1996. Ronald started their career at Philips Semiconductors as an ATE Hardware Engineer, where they troubleshooted and maintained ATE equipment and provided support to test engineers.
