Kawing (Sinead) Choi MSc CIPD is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Phase 3 since August 2022. Previously, Kawing held the position of HR Operations Partner at both EML and Bimeda, where responsibilities included global HR people operations. Prior experience includes roles at the Central Bank of Ireland in Human Resources Benefits and as an HR Associate, as well as a tenure as an HR Business Service Specialist at The HR Company | B2E Ltd. while working on-site with eir. Early career experience includes positions as a waitress/supervisor at Bennys, a Chinese restaurant, and a Sales Assistant at city 2. Kawing holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business with Psychology from Dublin Business School.
