Phase Biolabs
Madhuri Gade is an Enzyme Engineer at Phase Biolabs since September 2022, focusing on developing a scalable platform for upcycling waste emissions and decarbonizing heavy industry through the production of carbon-negative chemicals and electro-fuels. Prior to this role, Madhuri served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University from November 2017 to May 2022, and as a Project Assistant II at the CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory Pune for a year in 2011-2012. Madhuri holds a PhD in Carbohydrate Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune, obtained in September 2017, a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Garware College Pune, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Vidya Pratishthan's Arts, Science & Commerce College, Baramati, awarded in 2009.
