Currently serving as Director at Phase Change Software LLC since July 2008, Culang also holds the position of Non Executive Chairman at Radian Group, Inc. since April 1999. Previously, Culang was Vice Chairman at Prudential Home Mortgage Co. from October 1985 to December 1996. Culang earned an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College, completing the degree between 1969 and 1973.
