Steve Kiser

Steve Kiser serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Phase Four since January 2023, focusing on innovative in-space propulsion systems for various missions. Additionally, Steve is a General Partner at Veteran Ventures Capital, supporting veteran-owned companies that enhance US national security. As the Founder and Director of KDS Insights, Steve previously held positions as Vice President of Engineering and Analysis and Senior Program Manager at Valiant Integrated Services, leading numerous engineering and analysis initiatives. Steve's earlier career includes roles at Cubic Global Defense, where significant management and innovation analysis were conducted, and critical advisory positions within the Joint Staff, including Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Education credentials include a PhD in Policy Analysis from Pardee RAND Graduate School, a Master's in Asian Politics & Futures Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and two Bachelor's degrees from the United States Air Force Academy in General Engineering and Political Science.
