Anthony Garetto

Anthony Garetto has a diverse work experience in various companies. Anthony is currently working at Phase One as the Chief Product Officer, responsible for optimizing divisional strategy and driving growth. Previously, at Leica Microsystems, they served as the Senior Director of Digital Transformation, leading a team to transform the business and redesign the product portfolio. Prior to that, at ZEISS Group, they held multiple roles including Director of the Digital Business Unit, Head of Product Management Software Business, and Product Manager. In these roles, they developed digital products, managed software development, and implemented customer-specific strategies. Anthony also has experience as a Failure Analysis Engineer at Analytical Instrumentation Facility.

Anthony Garetto has a diverse education history in various fields. In 1999, they started their academic journey at Appalachian State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics. Anthony studied for five years, completing their undergraduate education in 2004.

Afterward, Garetto moved on to North Carolina State University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Anthony enrolled in 2004 and completed their postgraduate studies in 2007.

In 2020, Garetto decided to further enhance their knowledge in the field of business, accounting, and economics for management. Anthony enrolled at Harvard Business School Online, where they successfully completed the Credential of Readiness program in 2021.

Alongside their formal education, Garetto has also obtained additional certifications to expand their skillset. In May 2021, they obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
