Eric Tsang

Eric Tsang is a Research Scientist at Phase Diagnostics, Inc. since August 2017. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine within the Division of Cardiac Surgery from 2014 to August 2017, during which Eric was recognized as a Tyler Gilbert Heart Transplant Survivor's Foundation Fellow in Heart Research. Eric's academic foundation includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Eric's earlier experience also includes serving as a Graduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at UCLA, where Eric developed curriculum for an inaugural ethics course in biotechnology and communicated complex science and engineering principles to undergraduate students.
