Peng Yin

Peng Yin currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at PHASE Scientific International Limited, where responsibilities include developing global R&D strategies and managing teams across multiple regions. Peng is a Fellow of the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry and holds positions on the editorial boards of several academic journals. Previous roles include Chairman and CEO of Accucise Diagnostics Inc., and Chairman of First Light Diagnostics, overseeing significant acquisitions in the IVD sector. Peng has extensive experience in leading R&D efforts at Abbott, including the establishment of a diagnostics research center in China, and has contributed to the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine as an Executive Committee Member. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, a postdoctoral fellowship in Molecular Virology at Harvard Medical School, a Ph.D. in Molecular Virology from the University of Manitoba, and an M.D. from Tianjin Medical University.
