Ricky Chiu

Ricky Chiu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of bioengineering and diagnostics. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Phase Scientific International Limited since March 2017, Ricky Chiu also holds positions as an Adjunct Associate Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a member of the Board of Trustees at United College, CUHK. Since February 2023, Ricky Chiu has been a Court Member at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Additionally, Ricky Chiu has been President and CEO of Phase Diagnostics since 2012 and worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA from September 2008 to June 2014, focusing on the development of next-generation rapid diagnostic devices and cancer targeting nanoparticles. Ricky Chiu's academic background includes a BS in Bioengineering from UC San Diego and further education at UCLA.
