Xiao-Feng Qi

Xiao-Feng Qi is an accomplished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in wireless communication technologies. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of UD-WiSE and a Professor at the University of Delaware since May 2022, Qi previously held significant roles including Senior Director at Futurewei Technologies, Inc., where a Radio Algorithms team was established, and Technical Manager at Broadcom, leading projects for modem systems. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Intel Corporation, Level One Communications, Globespan Semiconductors, AT&T, and DSP Software Engineering, focusing on advanced algorithm development for various communication technologies. Qi holds both a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
