Scott Reisenauer

Scott Reisenauer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and technology-driven solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Phase Technologies since March 2025, Scott focuses on automation, strategic planning, and execution to enhance operational efficiencies. As the Owner of SR Solutions, LLC since July 2013, Scott has been dedicated to helping organizations achieve their goals through innovative strategies. Prior roles include Vice President of Solutions and Chief Operating Officer at B9Creations, where Scott led the development of high-resolution DLP 3D printers, and Vice President of Operations at SymCom, Inc., overseeing manufacturing facilities and engineering teams. Scott's career launched as a Senior Automation Engineer at Midcom, after earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines in 1994.
