Frank Febbraro began their career in 1996 as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Frank then moved to Sycamore Associates in 1997, where they worked as a Software Engineer. In 1998, they joined Olympus Group as a Senior Software Engineer. Finally, in 2001, they founded and became the CTO of Phase2.
Frank Febbraro began their educational journey at West Islip High School from 1990 to 1992. Frank then attended James Madison University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Distributed Systems at George Mason University from 1996 to 2000.
