Jacob Irwin-Cline has over six years of work experience in the software engineering field. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer for Phase2. During their time there, they quickly became a key contributor to some of the company's most profitable client work, confidently contributing to daily discussions on software solutions, and effectively utilizing full stack technologies to deliver product. In 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer Team Lead for Olio Apps, where they effectively delivered features for client applications, conducted critical PR reviews, and provided mentorship and orientation for newly joined team members. Jacob also worked as an Associate Developer for Olio Apps. Additionally, in 2020, they worked as a Software Developer/Website Admin for Corporate Crime Control Association, where they managed feature and design updates for the company's front end website, strategically implemented Google Ads marketing campaigns, and used Google Analytics to increase company insight. Jacob also obtained an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon in March 2020.
