Olivia Galvin, SHRM-CP

Olivia Galvin, SHRM-CP has over five years of experience in Human Resources roles. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Innovative Employer Solutions Inc. as a Benefits Administrator. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Robert Half as a Lead Administrator and Sales Support Administrator. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at DISYS as a Human Resources Assistant and Corporate Office Administrator. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been the Director of Human Resources at Phase2.

Olivia Galvin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of South Florida in 2015, as well as a Minor in Psychology from the same university. In 2016, they obtained the Benefits Account Manager certification from The National Association of Health Underwriters. In 2022, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, the Human Resource Management certification from George Mason University, and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
