Sophia C. has over 20 years of professional experience in the digital space. Sophia began their career in 1999 as a Sr. Web Consultant at Mind & Media, Inc., where they designed and developed government, non-profit, public awareness, recruitment, and e-learning digital projects. In 2011, they joined CACI International Inc. as a Lead UX Designer/Developer and led a UX/UI design team delivering in-house digital solutions. In 2013, Sophia began their tenure at Phase2 as a Sr. Product Manager, Sr. Digital Strategist, Sr. Experience Analyst, and Experience Analyst. In these roles, they planned, strategized, and launched integrated digital experiences for Fortune 500 clients. Sophia employed a user-centered design approach to create new products, repurpose existing ones, and achieve key business outcomes.

Sophia C. has obtained a Certificate in Digital Strategies for Business: Leading the Next Generation Enterprise from Columbia Business School in 2020. Sophia also holds a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International, obtained in 2013. Additionally, they have a Master of Education - MEd from George Mason University in Educational/Instructional Media Design and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the same university. Sophia C. is also in the process of obtaining a Design Thinking: Data Intelligence certification from LinkedIn, expected to be completed in August 2022.
