Vivienne Chen

Vivienne Chen currently serves as the VP of Operations at Phazemos, a position held since July 2023, after previously holding the title of Director of Operations. Prior experience includes a tenure at Accenture from September 2017 to November 2022 as a Consultant, where Vivienne executed business management projects across various industries and focused on enhancing customer service design in healthcare. Earlier roles include positions at CEB as a Strategy Analyst, at the National Institutes of Health as an Intern and Special Volunteer, and various tutoring roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in both analytical and educational capacities. Vivienne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Society from Cornell University.
