Linda Fecht has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Linda began their career as a Social Services Worker for the State of Nebraska in 1990, where they determined funding eligibility and helped individuals find sustainable employment. In 1989, they joined Mosaic as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, where they directed and coordinated the delivery of habilitative services and trained staff in behavior modification techniques. Linda later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager at Mosaic, overseeing employment, compensation, benefits, worker's compensation, and employee relations. In 2014, they joined Christian Homes Care Community as the Family/Community Relations Director, using their social work background to develop community relationships and promote the organization. Currently, Linda is employed as the Director of Customer Experience at Phelps Memorial Health Center, where they manage customer relations and ensures high-quality service. Throughout their career, Linda has demonstrated strong skills in nonprofit organizations, career development, conflict resolution, and employee training.

Linda Fecht's education history includes three notable periods. In 1984, they attended Nebraska Wesleyan University and pursued a field of study in General Studies. Following this, from 1985 to 1989, they enrolled at the University of Nebraska-Kearney, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. Returning to their studies in 2023, Linda completed a certificate program titled "Management Essentials" at Harvard Business School Online.
