Thao Le Thi Minh

Thao Le Thi Minh is an accomplished marketing and leadership professional with extensive experience in the business and education sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Phenikaa Group since June 2018, Thao also holds positions as Deputy Chief Strategy Officer and Chairwoman of the Phenikaa School Council. Prior roles include Chief Marketing Officer at MBLAND and Saigon-Hanoi Bank, as well as leadership positions in marketing and quality management at Vingroup JSC and British University Vietnam. Thao began a career in marketing with VietJet Air and has held senior roles in organizations such as Hanoimilk, Elovi, and Nestlé. Thao possesses an MBA in Marketing from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages from the University for Teachers of Foreign Languages.
