Lucas Spehler's work experience begins in 2015 with a summer internship at BCV - Banque Cantonale Vaudoise. In 2020, they became a student teaching assistant in Decision Analysis at HEC Lausanne, and held this role until January 2022. Additionally, in 2021, they worked as a research assistant in Behavioral Economics at HEC Lausanne, specifically for Professor Rustamdjan Hakimov. In 2022, they briefly worked as a research assistant in Behavioral Economics at the same institution. Finally, in February 2023, Lucas joined Phenix Capital Group as an impact investment analyst.

Lucas Spehler's education history begins in 2017 when they earned a Certificate of Proficiency in English Level C2 from the English Language Company. In 2018, they enrolled at the University of Lausanne - UNIL where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Lucas successfully completed their undergraduate studies in July 2021 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UNIL.

Continuing their educational journey, Lucas Spehler joined the Enterprise for Society Center (E4S) in 2021. Lucas is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainable Management and Technology, with an expected completion date in 2023.

In addition to their degrees, Lucas has also obtained certifications. In December 2017, they achieved a Certificate of Proficiency in English Level C2 from Cambridge Assessment English.
