Howie Berman

Howie Berman is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in franchise ownership and partnership. Since June 2020, Berman has been the Franchise Owner of Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Clark and Old Bridge, New Jersey, contributing to the organization's reputation as a leader in swimming instruction. Berman has served as Managing Partner at Phenix Salon Suites Franchising since October 2014, playing a key role in opening and operating multiple locations. Additionally, Berman co-owns The Ruby Group and is a Founding Member of Hudson Valley Startup Fund, LLC, which supports local startups in the mid-Hudson region of New York. Berman holds a degree from the University of Michigan, obtained from 1997 to 2001.
