Ida LeRuyet

Ida LeRuyet has held various HR and communication roles throughout their career. Ida started their professional journey as a Community Involvement Leader at SaskEnergy from April 2007 to July 2012, where they focused on employee engagement, internal communication, marketing, CSR, and PR. From January 2013 to February 2017, Ida worked as a Communication Strategist, defining the company's mission and target customers, and developing communication strategies. Ida then transitioned to a role as an Arbetsförmedlare at Arbetsförmedlingen from February 2016 to August 2019, where they provided career guidance and supported individuals planning to start their own businesses. In addition to their work as an Arbetsförmedlare, they also served as a Health Inspirer and handled digital engagement and communication. From August 2019 to May 2021, Ida joined Clavister as a Happiness Officer, focusing on employee engagement, employer branding, and agile processes. Ida then progressed to become an HR Business Partner at Clavister from August 2019 to April 2022. Their responsibilities included establishing Clavister as the preferred employer internally and externally. From May 2021 to April 2022, they held the position of Manager of Employee Success & Corporate Communication at Clavister, where they further contributed to the company's employee engagement and communication initiatives. Ida joined PhenixID AB as an HR Manager in January 2022.

Ida LeRuyet has a diverse education history. In 2003 to 2007, they attended Jönköping International Business School, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. In 2010, they studied Change Management at Prosci. In 2012, they attended Hay Group to gain knowledge in Manager Model. From 2008 to 2019, they pursued a variety of courses in Samtalsmetodik, which is a field related to conversation methodology. In 2019, they attended Arbetsförmedlingen to study Grupputveckling, which refers to group development.
