Tom Gray

Tom Gray is currently serving as the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at Phenna Group, responsible for legal execution and settling acquisition documentation for M&A activities for the Group. With a background in corporate finance transactions, Tom has held various roles in different law firms, including being a Partner at Knights plc and Fraser Brown Solicitors. Tom's experience also includes working with US clients on international and cross-border transactions during their time at DLA Piper. Tom started their legal career as a Trainee solicitor at Freeths LLP after completing a Law & Politics LLB (Hons) degree at the University of Wales, Cardiff.
