August Delia

August Delia started their career as a President's Club Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans in 2007. They then worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Chase from 2011 to 2013. After that, they joined Indeed.com, where they held various roles including Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Team Lead, and Director of Sales from 2013 to 2022. Currently, August is working as an Enterprise Sales Director at Phenom, a purpose-driven HR tech company.

August Delia completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Advertising from Kent State University from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Orchard Park High School from 1998 to 2002. In 2014, they obtained a certification in the Dale Carnegie Course from Dale Carnegie Training.
