Basak Watt

Basak Watt has a diverse work experience in sales operations and business strategy. They currently work as a Sales Operations Director at Phenom since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Operations Manager at Solovis from August 2018 to September 2021, where they handled Salesforce implementation, data migration, sales planning, and forecasting. Before Solovis, Basak worked at Omnitracs as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst from June 2016 to August 2018, where they designed sales compensation plans, prepared budgets, analyzed data, and provided recommendations to executive leadership. They also served as a Business Strategy Analyst at Omnitracs from March 2015 to June 2016. Basak's earlier experience includes working as an Internal Operations Coordinator at Acosta Sales & Marketing from September 2011 to February 2015, where they were responsible for sending sales reports, creating reports using Excel/Access, and building staffing and onboarding reports.

Basak Watt holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, which was obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Istanbul University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
