Eric D'Onofrio

Eric D'Onofrio has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Eric is currently working at Phenom as the Executive Director, Global Delivery Services. In this role, they are responsible for driving successful customer outcomes and overseeing various operational functions. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Senior Director and Director of Implementation Delivery at Phenom.

Before joining Phenom, Eric worked at Quest Diagnostics for a significant period. Eric started as an Analyst, Data Center Operations and later moved up the ranks to become the Director of Software Engineering, Clinical Analytics. In this role, they led the creation of customer-facing analytics and reporting products. Eric also served as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Governance, where they defined the data governance strategy and managed large-scale projects.

Additionally, Eric was a Program Manager for Master Data Management and a Lead Engineer for Identity & Access Management at Quest Diagnostics.

Prior to Quest Diagnostics, Eric worked at GMAC Bank as a Senior Systems Analyst.

Throughout their career, Eric has held various leadership positions, demonstrated expertise in data management, and contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Eric D'Onofrio holds an MBA degree in Strategy Management and Marketing from Villanova University. Eric also has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science / MIS from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Certified ScrumMaster and ITIL v3 Foundation.
