Nitish Sadaiya

Nitish Sadaiya is a Senior Product Manager at Phenom since January 2021, focusing on employee experience with a value proposition centered on evolving and retaining employees through intelligent solutions. Nitish oversees products in the talent marketplace, specifically Internal Mobility and Referrals, as well as the Employee Retention Management product in talent management.
