Patrick Conley

Patrick Conley has a diverse work experience spanning various sales roles in HR technology and SaaS startups. Patrick is currently working as an Enterprise Sales Director at Phenom, a global HR technology company that uses AI-based SaaS platform to transform the talent journey and help HR become revenue generators. Prior to that, they served as a Regional Sales Leader at Popmenu, an early-stage SaaS startup in the restaurant industry. Before that, they spent over a decade at CareerBuilder, where they held multiple roles including Enterprise Sales Leader, Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, and Major Account Executive. In these positions, they excelled at sales cycle management, problem-solving, contract negotiations, team training, and leading high-level sales executives.

Patrick Conley attended West Virginia University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts/Communications.
