Robin Ghesani

Robin Ghesani has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. Robin currently works at Phenom as a Principal Product Manager, where they lead the product management in the Talent Management product and is responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy. Robin gathers and analyzes data for continuous product discovery and aligns new features to an outcome-oriented roadmap.

Prior to their current role, Robin worked at Phenom as a Principal Program Manager, focusing on program management, engineering operations, and product growth. Robin spearheaded software procurement initiatives and managed financial operations for the Cloud Services portfolio.

Before joining Phenom, Robin worked at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, where they strategized and designed a Human Capital Management (HCM) product for over 1.3 million employees in multiple countries. Robin also worked as a Product Manager at Amazon.

Earlier in their career, Robin worked at Invesco Ltd. as a Senior Manager Automation/Product Owner, where they designed and built an automated solution for the Accounts Receivable process. Robin also served as an Automation Manager/Product Owner, Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Lead, Senior Process Associate, and Process Associate at Invesco Ltd.

In addition to their roles at Invesco Ltd., Robin has also worked as a Relationship Manager at Sharekhan, India Infoline Ltd., and Manal Securities in the early stages of their career.

Robin Ghesani has a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Maharishi International University, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. They also have an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the same university during the same time period. Prior to that, Robin Ghesani completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from Som Lalit College of Commerce from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they have certifications in AWS Cloud Practitioner Concepts obtained in 2022 from LinkedIn and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) obtained in September 2018 from Scrum Alliance.
