Swagat Irsale began their work experience as a Research Fellow and Post Doctoral at Auburn University in 2002. From there, they worked as an IT Consultant at Target from 2006 to 2008, focusing on product development for the Retail and Pharmacy domains. In 2009, they joined AIG as an IT Consultant and received accolades for their contributions. In 2011, Swagat became the VP of Products Delivery at Phenom People, a position they held until 2014. Swagat then served as the Vice President of Products at Phenom People, focusing on Big Data, Analytics, and Data in B2B. From 2019 onwards, they held the role of VP Growth and Analytics at Phenom People, being responsible for zero to one billion+ holistic, humanely available data, insights, and actions.
