Yara Safadi

Yara Safadi is a User Experience Researcher at Phenom, leading research projects focused on Generative AI since May 2022. Previously, Yara worked as a Motion Designer at the International Committee of the Red Cross, producing motion graphic videos to raise awareness on complex issues. At IBM, Yara served as a User Experience Designer, spearheading the design of Tradeoff Analytics and leading the Human Agent Assist squad for IBM Watson Assistant. Prior experience includes roles at SAP as a User Experience Designer and Visual Designer, and conducting research for multiple organizations, including the Committee of Seventy and Liberty Resources Inc., with a strong emphasis on user-centered design. Yara holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the University of the Arts.
