Louis is the architect of the Phenometrix technology, the most advanced Human Decoding AI technology that captures, structures, and analyzes complex human genetic and psychological insights that are completely free of human biases.

Formerly the Sr Vice President for Development, Louis helped build Match.com into the world’s largest online dating site from a startup. He’s an expert in Cloud based systems, IoT, and Mobile applications, and as the CTO and COO transformed Quepasa (now Meet.me into one of Latin America’s most successful social networks. He is a builder and manager of highly effective development teams that design and deliver sustainable business results.

Louis is a graduate of Texas A&M University and serves on civic and charitable organizations.
