Erica Peacock

Erica is an advocate for increasing patient access to genetic services and reducing administrative burden for healthcare providers. She holds an MSc in Genetic Counselling from the University of British Columbia, and she is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling. Before training as a genetic counsellor, she worked in clinical research at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and Women’s College Hospital. As a part of the Customer Success team at PhenoTips, she is committed to working with organizations in understanding their unique needs and to streamline their workflows.
