Jorens Kovaļovs

Jorens Kovaļovs is currently working as a Personalization specialist at PHH Group, owning the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform. Previously, Jorens held the position of Head of Digital at Xnet interneta veikals, where they managed communication with partner agencies and led various digital marketing projects. Jorens also worked as Chief Marketing Officer at Xnet.lv, Aboluveikals, and as a Lecturer at Latvian College of Culture. With a background in sales, marketing, and training, Jorens also operated their own webpage selling wood pellets and worked in marketing and communications roles at various companies. Jorens holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology, Organization and Social Psychology, a Bachelor of Education Science, and an MBA in Business Administration.
