Sarah Bauman

Sarah Bauman is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in retention and lifecycle marketing. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Retention at DIME Beauty Co since July 2025, Sarah previously held the position of Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at byte® from February 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading CRM campaign strategy and managing customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Prior roles included Email Marketing Manager and Email Marketing Coordinator at Purple, as well as Email Marketing Specialist at Disruptive Advertising. Sarah's career began at 97th Floor and BASE Search Marketing, where roles focused on digital and organic marketing. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Marketing from Utah Valley University, earned in 2019.
