Michele Mullican

Michele Mullican currently serves as the Default Supervisor at PHH Mortgage, overseeing occupancy compliance, death, and HOA lien monitoring for the reverse portfolio since October 2021. Prior to this role, Michele held multiple positions at Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., including HOA Team Lead, Foreclosure Specialist, and Supervisor of the HOA department, while also being a certified paralegal. Additional experience includes work as a Business Analyst at Codilis & Stawiarski, P.C., and various roles such as Home Equity Representative, Title Representative at Mann & Stevens, and Evictions Paralegal. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Sam Houston State University, studied between 2003 and 2005.
