Rachel Burginger

Rachel Burginger is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in air medical services. Currently serving as Regional Director for PHI Air Medical L.L.C. since May 2001, Rachel oversees 17 independent community-based air medical locations in Arizona and New Mexico. Additionally, Rachel holds the position of Regional Director for Region 5 and has previously contributed as a Flight Nurse, Base Supervisor, and Operations Manager since July 2017. Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Arizona State University between 1988 and 1990.
