Nikhil Bhalerao

Nikhil Bhalerao is a Credit Operations Manager at Phi Commerce Private Limited since 2022. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Credit Manager at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited from 2022, where they had credit approval authority up to 40 Lac and assessed credit, KYC, bank statements and financials for the Salaried Home Loan and LAP product. Nikhil also had experience with Google Search, Dedupe Check, SaveRisk Check, Salary Check, Domain Check, RCU Verification, and EPFO Search. Nikhil was responsible for preparing CAM, Credit Appraisal notes, and having Personal Discussions with customers, as well as preparing Credit Approvals.

Before that, Nikhil was a Management Information System Analyst and Credit Operation Executive at LoanTap Financial Technologies from 2018. As an Analyst, they were responsible for maintaining pan India collection efficiency and productivity data, and providing data analytics for collection activities. Nikhil was also part of the core team in designing the incentive structure for the collection department, and prepared collection performance reports with frequency of daily, weekly, and monthly. As a Credit Operation Executive, they pre-screened applications, analyzed Bank Statements and KYC Documents, Salary slips, Business Proofs, and CIBIL reports.

Nikhil's work experience began at Bajaj Finance Ltd in 2017, where they were a Process Associate. Nikhil's duties included handling Trade Advance Process, tracking payments, interests, and penalties; collecting and tracking documents and mails for processing; creating MIS, Monthly Business data, and DCC data; preparing paperwork and Agreements with legal teams; checking IB/NIB Trade Advance eligibility and CIBIL checks; and storing and receipt acknowledgement of TA files with admin storage and SPDC with finance.

Nikhil Bhalerao received their Bachelor of Science in Physics from Progressive Educational Societys Modern Law College in Pune from 2013 to 2015. Nikhil then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration in Finance and General from Progressive Education Societys Institute of Management and Career Development in Yamunanagar from 2015 to 2017.
