Phi Gamma Nu - Delta Psi
Monica Ramirez currently serves as President of the Kelley Office of Diversity Initiatives Student Advisory Board and has held various leadership roles, including VP of Cultural Affairs and Cultural Affairs Committee Member. As an advanced dancer with Ballet Folklorico de IU, Monica actively participates in cultural expression. In Phi Gamma Nu - Delta Psi, Monica holds multiple positions including Director of DEI and DEI Manager. Upcoming positions include a Lucy Regional Industry Analytics Summer Internship and a Building Entrepreneurial Leaders Internship at Bain & Company. Monica's involvement extends to the Undergraduate Business Diversity Council and research assistance at the Rooney Center for the Study of American Democracy, alongside experience as a Math Instructor at Mathnasium. Monica is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2026.
