Dragos Jemna

Dragos Jemna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client delivery and operations, currently serving as a Senior Client Delivery Engagement and Operations Specialist at Phi Partners since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dragos spent over a decade at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included serving as a Process and Asset Manager and CQ Specialist. Dragos began a career in telecommunications as a Telecommunication Engineer at ISPE SA from May 2009 to October 2011. Educational accomplishments include an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest (2004-2009) and a Baccalaureate degree from Alexandru Ioan Cuza High School (2000-2004). Early education was completed at Number 21 School Bucharest (1992-2000).
