Zoheir Serraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and business analysis. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Phi Partners since April 2019, Zoheir previously held the role of Lead Business Analyst at Leonteq from June 2013 to January 2016 and at ING from October 2006 to May 2013. Zoheir holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences degree from Haute Ecole en Hainaut.
