Eugene Zimin is a Staff Software Engineer at Phiar. Eugene has also worked as a Lecturer and Course Developer at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they taught students about enterprise application programming and helped them code a Twitter-like application.

Eugene has always been interested in computers and technology. Eugene started coding when they were just a teenager and has been honing their skills ever since. Eugene has a passion for helping others learn about coding and believes that it is a valuable skill for anyone interested in a career in technology.

Eugene’s experience working with ONAP – Open Network Automation Platform (www.onap.org) has been invaluable in their current role at Phiar. Eugene has helped design and create the necessary functionality of NSO (Network Software Orchestrator) and push it to the upstream for Bell Canada, one of Amdocs’ Blue Chip customers.

Eugene’s dedication to their work and their commitment to helping others learn about coding make him an asset to any team. Eugene is always looking for new challenges and ways to improve their skills.
